Heard in passing through a dorm door: E.T.A. girls cramming "degrees and focal lengths" for Ogilvie's 'Reflections on Refraction' exam. The optics curriculum JOI endowed (053's labs and lenses, 114's Optics classes) is still running as ordinary academic furniture years after his death — the founder's science distributed into the student body as homework, caught here by the founder's son's camera-walk.
