• What: Waking, Hal finds Mario's bed empty — Mario has been sleeping at HmH for nights, agitated over Madame Psychosis's unannounced disappearance from WYYY's "Sixty Minutes More or Less." Hal reassures Mario the silence is "a positive sign," and after listening to the now-voiceless ambient static tells his brother "it sounded like somebody's mind coming apart right before your ears." His keys lie "on the floor by the bed with his College Board prep books" (Hal is prepping for the College Boards). A Hal-Mario relationship beat that also threads Hal to the Madame Psychosis (Joelle) storyline.
