Incandenza himself, ahead of Ogilvie, Prickett, 'Madame Psychosis,' Bain, and the rest — and plays Marat in what the entry calls a fictional 'interactive documentary' on a Boston stage production of Weiss's play. Inside that fiction the chemically impaired director (Incandenza) interrupts so relentlessly that he ends up "irritating the actor who plays Marat (Leith) to such an extent that he has a cerebral hemorrhage and collapses onstage well before Marat’s scripted death," whereupon Death bears Marat (Leith) away deus ex machina. The hemorrhage is the film's plot, not biography; but the release line reads "UNRELEASED DUE TO LITIGATION, HOSPITALIZATION" — whose litigation, whose hospitalization, the apparatus does not say.
