Her efficiently-managed compulsions: no interior doors on HmH's first floor (enclosure) and no door on her E.T.A. office; a Prussian bathroom schedule (against hand-washing); a wall of video monitors to check the oven/plants/towels; a "violent phobic thing about vermin and waste and insects" (Orkin twice a semester); "a black phobic dread of hiding or secrecy in all possible forms with respect to her sons"; and "some auditory thing about broadcast sound" that "gets the howling fantods from any voice that does not exit a living corporeal head." The interview voice's structural verdict — Orin's, per the same n234 speaker chain: enclosure, communicational imprecision, untidiness, and an unnamed hidden fourth "horseman."
