What: Rémy Marathe — the A.F.R.'s quadruple agent — is revealed to have personally pushed the sharpened broom-handle through Lucien Antitoi during the "technical interview," then vomited into the alley in secret afterward: a private sign, unsensed by Fortier and the others, that Marathe has lost the belly for this kind of work.
