Context
The installment's thesis sentence, and the plan-note's "montage as inherited technique" named at source: the device is explicitly "his late father's," and "Mario as auteur" makes the inheritance official. The whole history of Interdependence, Subsidized Time, and Reconfiguration then arrives as the device — the colon opens directly onto three pages of headers and voiceovers, so the form literally is the content.
