The soon to be all-too-well-known and dread-inspiring Assassins des Fauteuils Rollents of the E.W.D.-receptacle-festooned Papineau region of southwestern Québec.
Context
The endnote does the naming Hal's Separatism seminar withholds, and one sentence carries the theme's whole etiology: the wheelchair assassins introduced as inseparable from the waste-receptacle-festooned region that made them — the chairs and the E.W.D. dumping in a single genitive chain.
