Context
Hal's hello, I.-Day Eve: the wheelchair-stalker dread from the 5 Nov call already worn down into a family running gag — casual enough to be a greeting. The joke is that "the disabled" are the A.F.R., actually surveilling Orin, and neither brother knows what he's kidding about.
