The buried-Master endgame — "Where he's buried is itself buried"

• What: Both hunts converge on one buried object. Steeply interviews Joelle, who describes the two scenes and the auto-wobble lens but insists she "never saw it" and doubts a finished Master exists; the will, as JOI told her, put "the Masters of everything unreleased" in the grave. Her educated bet is the thread's terminal joke on both governments: even if a Master exists, "Where he's buried is itself buried, now. It's in your annulation-zone. It's not even your territory." — the grave's Québec province is now inside the Great Concavity/Convexity, U.S.-annexed waste ground. In parallel the A.F.R. puts Orin Incandenza under a glass tumbler and an amplified voice demanding "Where Is The Master Buried" (the A.F.R. thread's event 17, scene 184). At the novel's Full Stop the object remains a Master that may or may not exist, sealed in ground that has itself been buried, wanted by two states that between them cannot reach it.
