Dawn drills: back from the infirmary, "co-wo-wold," Schtitt's rebuke

What: Newly out of the infirmary after the weekend, Coyle drills the top-four rotation (paired mostly with John Wayne) and reprises his every-morning routine: it's "co-wo-wold," and he doesn't see why the better players' reward for hard slogging is dawn drills while Pemulis et al. are still horizontal and sawing logs. Stice tells him he's surprised at how little they've missed him. Mid-drill Coyle is excused to go pee back in the eastern tree-line, out of sight of the distaffs. And in the closing gathering Schtitt singles him out by name for never giving total; Coyle just studies the vasculature on the inside of his elbow and shakes his head.
