• What: Still nursing his cold (blowing his nose into a towel by the squat rack), Troeltsch heckles Pemulis to perform his repertoire of cruel impression-faces ("the deLint-jerking-off face," "Schacht in a stall"), then marvels at Kornspan straining under a 110-kg curl and dryly rates his own weakness against it. Pure texture: sidelined by illness, he spectates and directs others' performances rather than working out hard himself.
