Handing Pamela Hoffman-Jeep off to Gately

When: shortly before the finale, at a sports bar (the Pourhouse) parking lot (~B.S.)
What: It was Fackelmann who introduced Gately to Pamela Hoffman-Jeep, the alcoholic, near-catatonically passive Danvers girl. Carrying her unconscious from the Pourhouse (his hand "quite a bit farther up her prom-looking taffeta gown than it really needed to be"), Fackelmann traded her to Gately for a debt-collection, telling him to "be sure and violate her a little" because she'd fall in love with any man who didn't. Gately's refusal locked him into the involvement. Fackelmann called her "Death's Poster-Child," and it is Pamela who later cues Gately in to Fackelmann's fatal scam (event 11).
