"Les Assassins des Fauteuils Rollents" are the cell that "cannot be reasoned with or bargained with, feel no pity or remorse, or fear (except a rumored fear of steep hills)" — the apex predators of the anti-O.N.A.N. world, feared even by fellow Québécois insurgents. This is the organization the whole serial's politics orbit, seen here doing its own work on its own kind.
