— and, a few sentences on: Hal and the E.T.A. kids watching JOI's Blood Sister: One Tough Nun in V.R. 6, and the film's whole whodunit resolves in the cartographic idiom: the verger Blood Sister brained with a censer is "the now-demapped verger," and the central murder is the Mother Superior having "eliminated the girl's map." Killing-as-map-elimination isn't decoration here — it's the plot's load-bearing verb, the same idiom Eschaton formalized and the Ennet House streets speak, running a JOI entertainment from the inside.
