Context
The peace summit that dooms everything: the two super-Combatants' leaders physically stroll across the map's Europe and Atlantic to meet in West Africa. The scene's quietest map/territory joke — bodies traipsing over oceans in three steps — and exactly the traipse Ingersoll will exploit as having made Sierra Leone a "de facto SSTRAC." "Various territories smolder quietly" is the game's whole ontology in four words.
