Hal drives to the Inner Infant meeting

First catalogued hit: Hal band-scanning on the drive out to Natick, and M.I.T.'s student station — Madame Psychosis's old frequency, dark for weeks now — is "a ghostly thread of jazz against a sea of static." The radio leg of the theme from the receiving end: 155 gave the show as remembered voice, 153 as extracted intelligence, and here the frequency itself has gone spectral; "ghostly" is the raw's own word for what's left of the signal once the performer has disappeared into Ennet House. Hal gives up and prefers "silence and traffic-sounds."
