Context
The circular's litany begins cold, no introduction, straight after the theme music: clinical Latin read ad-lib over eerie pendulum-music. "The enuretic, this year of all years" folds the Year of the Depend Adult Undergarment into the roll-call — the whole subsidized calendar becomes a deformity joke in passing.
