The opening sentence of the Wild Conceits essay (by "G. T. Day, M.S." — Ennet House's own Geoffrey Day) that Struck is laundering for his term paper: the A.F.R. and the Feral Infants introduced in one breath as the Reconfiguration's twin under-documented legends — elective leglessness and toxic gigantism as the same kind of thing, bodies the map made.
