Please learn the pragmatics of expressing fear: sometimes words that seem to express really invoke.
Context
Even expression is booby-trapped: to put a fear into words is not to release it but to conjure it, so that speaking the thing calls it into the room. If saying what you feel can summon it, then the safest speech is no speech, and the counsel to "be no one" gets a second floor under it, the mouth kept shut not only to stay hidden but because language does not report the interior, it invokes it.
