What: In the ritualized pre-match dressing scene Wagenknecht gets three beats: he is one of the sawdust men in the grip-pouch catalog ("sawdust (Wagenknecht, Chu)"); "Rader snapped a towel at Wagenknecht, who liked to stand for long periods of time bent at the waist with his head against his knees" — the habitual stoop offered as his signature pose; and amid the room's fart-accusations and -denials the narrator confirms, deadpan: "Wagenknecht apparently really did fart." His fullest appearance, and entirely a body among bodies.
