What: After "Stars," the thick-bodied, easily tiring Petropolis Kahn cannot move himself to the next station: he has to be "sort of lugged over by Stephan Wagenknecht and Jeff Wax," Nikes dragging behind him, head swinging free on his neck, then given "kind of a swingset-shove" to get started. Wagenknecht's one real physical deed in the book — half-carrying a teammate through the machine of the drills.
