Pre-Fundraiser locker room: sneakers under a stall door

• What: Amid the timeless autopilot ritual of dressing, taping, and rumor-trading before the exhibition against the Québec squads, Todd registers twice, both times at the stalls: his sneakers pigeon-toed under a stall door, and the post-op Otis P. Lord — freshly out of the monitor — shaking a few hands and using the stall next to Postal Weight before leaving. Todd is not depicted playing or even speaking; the book's last sight of him is a pair of pigeon-toed sneakers, present in the ranks twelve days after the Eschaton.
