Across the street, backlit in a first-floor window, a figure in a metal wheelchair scans the street — and a second wheelchaired form appears behind it, both watching everything (unnamed in-scene; the A.F.R. by the thread's wheelchair signature — See the AFR thread). The killing is the direct cause of the Ennet House catastrophe.
