I.D." — comes down to the WYYY-109 studio late at night to fetch old tapes of Madame Psychosis's show for Joelle's personal use, identifying herself as one who knows the Madame in private life. She describes the facility to the engineer as a local halfway house — "only half a house in some unbelievably unpleasant and low-rent part of the metro-area" — i.e. Notkin here plainly knows Joelle is at a nearby half-house, a knowledge she will flatly reverse under interrogation (event 15).
