• What: Gately (oral Percocets/Bam-Bams) and Fackelmann (Dilaudid) trusted each other's stashes; Gately feared needles and the Virus and only shot Blues in early Withdrawal, letting Fackelmann tie him off. Dilaudid gave Gately a recurring five-second hallucination of being a giant toddler shaking the bars of an XXL Fisher-Price crib under a breathing gray sky — the same breathing-sky image as "Herman" (event 2). Kite got the "Shoe" from Salem State and joined the crew.
