• What: Marathe relays to Steeply an intelligence assessment attributed to "M. Brullîme": that he tells Fortier the CPCP of Alberta hold no copy of the Entertainment — Broullîme functioning as the cell's assessor of which factions hold what. Later in the same exchange Steeply, riffing on every insurgent cell running its own Entertainment-testing, gestures at "your own Dr. Brullent or whomever" — a mangled name whose referent is hedged by Steeply's own "or whomever" (see Dating notes; identification flagged, not hardened). Broullîme himself does not appear; his view is relayed and his name invoked in two variant forms.
