This archive's word for the backbone of a character page: the character's events in the novel laid out in dated order, each one pinned to the scene or endnote it comes from. Major turning points are starred as pivotal; smaller appearances are kept as texture. Where a date rests on reasoning rather than an explicit date in the text, the page's Dating notes say so.
