TL;DR

A scene-by-scene index of the entire novel: every section listed by page range, with its in-novel date, POV character, narration mode (1st/3rd person, dialogue-only, footnote, author-detached), and a one-line gist. The author describes it as "notes I used to find certain sections — not extensive summaries." This is the fastest "where was that scene?" lookup in the collection.

Asterisk = author/narrator-detached POV; double asterisk = footnote section. The original HTML has per-character filter checkboxes (color key shared with the timeline); the archived text version lists everything linearly.

Why it's useful

Combined with the timeline, gives both orderings of the novel: page order (this) and chronological order (timeline).
The POV/narration-mode column is itself analytically interesting — it makes the Hal-as-narrator question concrete (which sections are 1st-person, where the "author POV" detachments occur); cf. Moore's observations of stray first-person "I"s in the draft: moore-first-draft-ij.
