In order for O.N.A.N.T.A. academies to qualify as actual schools and not just like extended-term sports camps, all instructors and prorectors except the Head have to be listed as more like academic instructors who prorect on the side.

The administrative fiction that keeps the body-factory accredited. To "qualify as actual schools and not just like extended-term sports camps," the paperwork has to list everyone as "academic instructors who prorect on the side" — the athletic function officially demoted to a sideline. It's the bureaucratic inverse of the reality (where tennis is the point and class is the tax), a governance sleight-of-hand that lets a jock-factory wear a school's credentials.
