Context
The scene's richest irony, delivered by the mark to his own handler. Mid-anecdote about Avril, Orin pauses to instruct Helen Steeply — an actual U.S.O.U.S. intelligence officer, mid-operation against him — in the concept of psychological operations, complete with the condescending "for your info." He is explaining espionage tradecraft, correctly, to a professional running espionage tradecraft on him in that instant, blind to the psy-op he's inside. Orin plays intelligence-briefer to the intelligence officer, and the joke is precisely that he'd rather perform expertise than notice he's the target — the vanity that makes him a honeytrap's dream also makes him lecture the trap on how traps work.
