The A.F.R.'s operations catalogued as a coherent tactical doctrine aimed at the Reconfiguration's machinery: "large reflective devices across odd-numbered United States highways" (the road-mirror gambit, here as A.F.R. signature), sabotage of "the eastern Reconfiguration's annular fusion grid," and "systemic damage of the federally contracted Empire Waste Displacement's launch and reception facilities on both sides of the Reconfigured intracontinental border." Every target is a node of experialism's waste-and-energy infrastructure — the fans, the launchers, the fusion annulars.
