Context
The other axis of Lenz's private cartography: not just north at all times but the time held constantly in view, and in two zones — local and Greenwich Mean, the longitude-zero reference line itself, beamed off a bank roof. His walking routes are literally constrained by the need to stay inside sight of a coordinate readout.
