Context
The State Farm adjuster's e-mail frame ("guys, get a load") collides head-on with bricklayer Dwayne (Doony) Glynn's letter, written at a blood-alcohol of .3+ in flawless insurance-formal — "I trust that the following details will be sufficient" — right before narrating two collisions with a barrel of bricks. Register as comedy engine: the drunker document is the hyper-correct one, and the professional's is the slangy mess. (The comma outside the closing quotation mark is print's own, confirmed against the physical copy.)
