The panel's closing shot, and the middle link of the PT-as-revenant chain (131 → 136 → 141): Poor Tony's "gaunt and spectral hollow-eyed head" floating among the disconnected window-heads, stalking the two women — he is literally one of the previous page's "undead" now, a spectral head Kate doesn't see, about to become the apparition she does.
