The Enfield Marine tour reaches The Shed: a whole building of terminal affectlessness kittycorner from the recovery house — the fully arrived version of what Hal's essay only predicted, stationed across the street from where feeling gets relearned, with residents getting bounced for firecrackering the lawn to see if anyone would "display affect."
