Himself's Found Drama is communication reduced to degree zero: a name thrown at a torn-out phone-book page by a dart, that person's next ninety minutes designated a "Drama" with no audience, no camera, no set, and a protagonist who has no idea he's been cast — and who may, Himself especially relished, already be dead, the phone book not yet caught up. It is the figurant doctrine pushed to its limit: everyone an unwitting, unwatched lead in a play no one is attending, a self observed by nobody, possibly a name attached to no living person at all.
