Describes how Gately and Sorkin, like TV mobsters, kept swapping cell-phones to dodge taps and "Pen Registers" (p. 1077) — Gately borrowing student nurses' phones and returning them days later. His hardest challenge was remembering all the numbers and addresses while "strafed on Bam-Bams" nearly all the time.
